A total of 3,512,000 sq meters (351 hectares) land for sale, currently unzoned.
It is possible to purchase a 2,000,000 sq meter section or the whole area.
Once zoned, the useable land becomes 1,300,000 sq meters (130 hectares) for the smaller section, and 2,280,000 sq meters (228 hectares) for the whole area.
An opportunity has arisen to purchase land to develop a privately owned golf course in Antalya's Golf region. The land, once zoned, will be able to accommodate an 18 or 27 hole golf course, one or more 5 star hotels, as well as the possibility of 1,000,000 sq meters for residential development.

It is positioned alongside the route of the proposed main tourist highway which will run the length of the Antalyan coast and is due for completion in 2007.
