In case of any changes to the site pricing policy, current members shall be notified via e-mail. Current members shall not be affected by any changes until their membership period has expired. When members renew their subscription, they shall pay in accordance with the new fee structure.

The user/member acknowledges that banner prices are for time of contract/subscription only and may be changed at any time without notice. In case of any changes to banner pricing policy, current banner advertisers shall be notified via e-mail. Current Banner advertisers shall not be affected by any changes until their contract/subscription period has expired. When banner advertisers renew their subscription, they shall pay in accordance with the new fee structure.

evbazar.com reserves the rights to make and sell information packages. The terms and conditions pertaining to these will constitute part of the individual information package, and shall be deemed separate from membership and use of site, with payment for said packages being separate, over and above any membership subscription. These packages shall not contain any private or personal information supplied by the users and/or members, as per our privacy policy.

a) Members who have abused these Terms and Condition and have had their membership cancelled are not entitled to a refund of any kind.

b) Members joining on or after 1 June 2006 for a minimum of 3 months are eligible for a refund. Because of the discounted 'Opening Special' prices, members joining before this date are not eligible for refund.

c) If a member chose to cancel their membership, they will be refunded for the unused membership time. The canceling member will be liable for cancellation charges and/or bank transfer costs, which will be taken out of the refund.
